Booking & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations work at NextWave Digital. This is a starter draft clearly marked for review before publication.
Booking
Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation. Minimum notice of 24 hours is required to book. A buffer of 30 minutes is kept between appointments.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before the appointment are free. Within 48 hours, the deposit may be retained.
Deposits
A 50% deposit may be required to confirm production projects. Quote-based services are invoiced after the proposal is accepted.
No-shows
If you miss a confirmed appointment without notice, the deposit may be retained and a new booking may require prepayment.
