Starting-at prices are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or invoice. You approve scope and cost before any work begins.
Deposits and payment
Production projects may require a deposit. Payment is due per the terms on your invoice. See our Cancellation and Refund policies for details.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables become yours upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you opt out.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific business results from marketing services.
