This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for services from NextWave Digital. This is a starter draft clearly marked for review before publication.
Deposits
Deposits secure your project slot. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled work, per our Cancellation Policy.
Services in progress
Work already completed is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you are billed for completed work and may receive a refund of any unused balance.
Recurring services
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled per the terms in your agreement. You retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
How to request a refund
Email Peterworks456@gmail.com with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
